A new fundraising campaign of Self-Care Excursions, sponsored by Another Choice Another Chance, a Sacramento based non-profit organization and coordinated in partnership with Cal Events, Inc.
Take a little time to care for you! Have a fun-day getaway by enjoying various local Sacramento area Casino Daytrips, a Harbor Excursion on the Bay, or a Day at beautiful Lodi Vineyards. The Self-Care Excursions fundraising series will benefit, Another Choice Another Chance, who has been serving communities that depend on behavioral change and modification resources, for over 30 years.
As we work to support our clients and their families, we often encounter high levels of stress and anxiety. Another Choice Another Chance believes it is important to incorporate self-care as a regular routine so that we can return to the workplace fresh, and ready to serve at our highest levels of mental and emotional capacity.
Self-Care Excursions are fun-filled, comradery-based day trips designed to provide you with time away from the job, while allowing for interaction with your families, your friends, and your colleagues. You will have a great time, serve your own mental and emotional well-being, and donate to an important and necessary community cause.
A portion of the fee paid to enjoy these excursions, will be donated back to Another Choice Another Chance
